Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During drops, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hoursto update after the label is created.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, Saintivo is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or losses. If you contact us immediately after purchase, we may be able to update the address, but changes are not guaranteed once an order is processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. Saintivo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe a package is missing:

Check with household members/building management

Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation

Contact the carrier directly to open a claim
We will assist with supporting documentation when possible.
Carrier Delays
Shipping timelines can be affected by weather, holidays, customs, and carrier backlogs. Saintivo is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off.
International Shipping (If Available)
If international shipping is offered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import feescharged by the destination country. These fees are not controlled by Saintivo and are non-refundable.
Undeliverable / Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
